JUMP N FUN TERMS & CONDITIONS
When buying a ticket to JUMP N FUN you are deemed to have understood and accepted the JUMP N FUN terms and conditions as well as the JUMP N FUN Safe Rules and Guidelines.
All bookings require contact details of an adult including full name and phone number or email address as a safety requirement.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
At JUMP N FUN all products and services are NON-REFUNDABLE but general admission sessions can be rescheduled if you provide 2 working days notice with a valid Sale ID. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you provide less than 2 working days notice, there is no refund or reschedule.
Refunds or exchanges are not available where you simply change your mind, or where you have mistakenly purchased the wrong ticket or where you do not have a valid Sale ID for the products or services.
If you wish to cancel any product or services due to illness or injury, a medical certificate must be supplied.
For JUMP N FUN parties, numbers attending must be confirmed seven days prior to the date of the booking, there will be no refunds for no-shows on the day.
We advise to arrive 15 minutes prior to your JUMP time to allow time for processing and our mandatory safety briefing.
You are required to pay for the full booking made. (Total number of jumpers booked in as we reserve these spaces for you in the hourly sessions)
Admission for spectators is free to the café and general areas of the park. If you wish to go up onto the trampoline area or platforms, our parks have a capacity limit for health and safety compliance and you may need to buy a general admission. This is at the discretion of the manager and depends how full the park is during your session.
Jumping on trampolines can result in injury. Use of the JUMP N FUN facilities must be undertaken in accordance with the JUMP N FUN Safety Rules and Guidelines displayed on our website and throughout JUMP N FUN.
There is a weight limit of 125kgs on the trampolines as recommended by our manufactures.
All jumpers must jump within your ability. Use of the JUMP N FUN facilities is at your own risk as well as any damage to or loss of personal equipment.
Please consider the safety of yourself and others at all times whilst at JUMP N FUN
No one is allowed to use the JUMP N FUN facilities without first purchasing a session.
No one is allowed to use the JUMP N FUN facilities while wearing shoes or socks that are not grip socks
Please follow any instructions or directions from our crew, they are here to ensure you make the most of your time at JUMP N FUN.
Mini Jumpers and children under the height restriction of 110cms must be accompanied by a jumping adult, especially during our busy periods.
No food or drink is permitted on or near the JUMP N FUN facilities.
JUMP N FUN is unable to cater to customers with severe allergies. We cannot guarantee that our food or preparation surfaces are free of traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten or any other similar ingredients.
Any customers judged to be intoxicated by JUMP N FUN staff will not be allowed on the premises.
Only instructors employed by JUMP N FUN are permitted to provide instruction.
Please inform our crew if you have any medical conditions that you may require assistance with (please note it does not necessarily prevent you from participating in JUMP N FUN activities).
If you have any existing injuries such as back problems or are wearing a cast or moon boot, we regret to advise that you will be unable to JUMP N FUN in the interest of your own safety and the safety of other customers.
We do not recommend using the facilities if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
When entering JUMP N FUN, you give JUMP N FUN permission to use any photographs or video taken of yourself for promotional use which includes social media.
Children under the age of 14 years must not be left at JUMP N FUN without a guardian.
JUMP N FUN is not responsible for items left at our locations.
All giveaways can only be used as described in the giveaway. They cannot be gifted, redeemed for cash or transferred to another person. Giveaways expire 3 months after being announced.
